and welcome to… A quiet, family-run site located within an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, one mile from Seaton beach and the town centre. With spectacular views of the Axe Valley and Lyme Bay, Manor Farm is an ideal centre for touring the countryside of East Devon.
Visit our local fishing villages, with safe, shingle beaches, enjoy breathtaking views of the Jurassic Coast along the Cliff Walks, or simply relax as the Tram takes you along the banks of the River Axe to the historic town of Colyton.
We have terraced sites for caravans, motor homes and tents. We also have Seasonal Pitches, to take all the hassle out of towing!
There are two toilet blocks each have hot showers, chemical disposal points, a disabled loo, laundry room with ironing facilities and sinks for vegetable preparation and washing up.
The enclosed children’s playground, which can be viewed from around the site, has equipment for all ages, including swings, slides, seesaws, roundabouts and a small football pitch. There are also dog walking and picnic/bbq areas.
Our farm has a small flock of sheep, goats free-range chicken, ducks and shetland ponies. Children are very welcome to come and help feeding the animals, collecting eggs, bottle feeding the lambs and having a ride on Robbie, one of our well behaved shetlands!

Welcome to 2009, our 50th year!
The weather seems to be improving and the new season is nearly upon us. Winter always seems to drag after Christmas and and it will be great to head into spring with some warm weather and the days starting to lengthen for our opening weekend of 15th March. We will have the water running and HOT showers turned on for the brave Grizzly runners the weekend before (see right), but I`m sure most of our regulars will be chomping at the bit to get down and open up their vans especially as Easter is in early April. Talking of which, we still have some touring spaces over Easter, so if you want to book a pitch, please go to the `Bookings` section of the website, download the form, fill it in and send it, along with your deposit to reserve your plot.

Grizzly Manor
GRIZZLY RUNNERS CAMPING OUT...
2,000 runners gather together every year for The Grizzly, a tough twenty mile multi-terrain race which is never the same 2 years running and is only for the fit or crazy. The Axe Valley Runners have been organising the Grizzly every year since 1998 with the substantial proceeds donated yearly to charities.
There is always a shortage of accommodation in the few days preceding the run, especially this year with the unfortunate closure of the Lyme Bay Holiday Village and Manor Farm is providing a specially discounted rate for caravanning pitches at £8for a pitch with electric, and only£5 for a tent pitch. The date for the race this year is Sunday 8th March, and we are opening a few days earlier than our normal opening date of 15th March to accommodate anyone who is comming down to run the race and wants to pitch up for a few days.
