We have Seasonal Pitches available onsite if you don`t want to be towing all the time. Your van, once sited can stay on its` pitch all year round, although we are closed from November until March which is classed as winter storage. You will only pay a one off, yearly fee which includes the seasonal pitch, electric, gas and winter storage.

A yearly gas check is compulsory for all vans used onsite, which is paid for in the site fee and usually carried out at the start of the season. Then you and your family can come down and use your van any time during the season with no extra costs, to make the most of the fantastic views across the Axe Valley and enjoy the relaxed country atmosphere.

If all our seasonal pitches are taken and you`d still like to use the site on a regular basis, then your next best option is to leave your caravan in our storage area. For a monthly fee your van will be put in a secure paddock.

You can then phone us anytime to book one of our level touring pitches and we will pull your van out for you and set it up on the pitch and then put it away at the end of your holiday. You can also be put onto the seasonal pitch waiting list, whereupon you will be notified as soon as a pitch is available and we will then set you up so you`re van doesn`t have to be moved at all.
