rules for SEASONAL pitches

  • Vans are for personal use only, NO SUB-LETTING is allowed.
  • In the interests of all holidaymakers, excessive noise and revelry after 11:00pm should be avoided.
  • No unsupervised youths or groups are allowed to use caravans.
  • No generators are permitted on site. 
  • If you wish to have a party, then in consideration of others, please arrange this for mid-day so that late night disturbance is avoided. 
  • Children must be supervised by an adult when using the playground, and it is closed after 9pm.
  • We cannot be held responsible for any personal injury, or loss or damage to personal property, including vehicles.
  • Dogs must be on a lead and under control.  There is a dog walking area for you to exercise your dogs in.  Please clean up after your dog and deposit in bins provided.
  • Under no circumstances can animals be left in caravans during their owners' absence during the day or night.
  • Holidaymakers are asked to observe a speed limit of 5mph whilst on the park, in the interests of safety.
  • Changing of Vans - there is a limit of 25ft exterior measurement on vans.  When changing your van, you must talk to Tim about your proposed new van.
  • Caravans cannot be sold sited to a third party.  If you wish to sell your van, then you must consult Tim before doing so.
